WREP began essentially as an initiative of two individuals, and has now grown into a strong, credible and effective NGO with formally established and functioning internal organisational structures and linkages with government and otehr partners. The NGO establishes and delivers capabiities in training, technical assistance, mentoring, social mobilization and community based initiatives and services, and women community groups. It contributes with expertise to good governance, transparency and accountability and engendered development through capacity building, mentorship and international task force and action committees.
