Investor Survey on Tax and Transparency 2021

Calling all investors!

Please take part in the Investor Survey on Corporate Tax Transparency 2021 and help shape corporate tax transparency standards and practices being discussed globally. www.istt21.com/taxsurvey

It can be challenging for investors to assess and compare corporate tax transparency data and compare companies as there is no single standard covering all relevant information on the area of tax and transparency.

We are therefore delighted to invite investors to participate in the Investor Survey concerning Tax and Transparency 2021.

This survey sets out a series of questions about which types of corporate tax transparency are preferred and how the quality of data and reporting is perceived by investors. The purpose of the Investor Survey concerning Tax and Transparency 2021
is to gather investors’ views, opinions, and preferences on corporate tax transparency.

Investors views are important and may help shape corporate tax transparency standards and practices being discussed globally.

This questionnaire follows up questions related to quality of information and quality of reporting, which was the topic of the international conference “Global Investors Making Transparency Possible. Quality of information. Quality of reporting”.

The survey is informing a research collaboration between Newcastle University business school, Sheffield University Management School and Schulish School of Business at York University and PWYP Norway and is being funded by Norad (Norwegian Institution of International Development).
